Greece, Vikos-Aoos national park, Aoós valley, august 14, 2003, 13:50.
For days Onnoot had been trying to take photos of butterflies, to no avail. Until Onnoot saw this butterfly landing on the road. In living statue mode Onnoot came closer. After minutes Onnoot found out why the insect didn't fly away. It was dead.
