Bow bridge
Konitsa, Greece, august 18, 2003.
Maria and her sister Elli walk under the old bow bridge of Konitsa. This is more than a bridge: it is the entrance gate to the Vikos Aoos national park.
Under the bridge hangs a bell. If the wind triggers the bell, it is too dangerous to cross the bridge.
