Malevis monastry (1)

Malevis monastry, Agios Petros, Pelloponisos, Greece, august 25, 2003, 18:41. Panorama of eight photos.
From whole Greece, women with childwish come to this monastry. In the small church is a famous icon that they say has been painted by apostol Luke, sometime in the first century. The icon leaks from time to time a fluid that smells nice. The nuns of the monastry collect this fluid with pads, because they say it can cure many diseases. The pads with the fragrance is given to visitors.
We came especially to visit the confession father of Maria. This priest is also the confession father of the nuns, so he stays there regularly. When the nuns found out Maria had not only the same confession father but that this priest was also a distant uncle of Maria, they gave us a VIP treatment.
